Established 100 years ago, VormenFabriek Tilburg specialises in the development, production and worldwide sales of polycarbonate injection moulds, thermoformed moulds and silicone rubber moulds.

Collaboration

Intensive collaboration requires passionate and knowledgeable professionals from all parties involved. You will be working together with one of our experienced project managers, who will be involved throughout your project, knows all the ins and outs and will support you in everything you do. He or she provides transparency and flexibility and helps you to meet your deadlines.

1 Design - Cavity
It may sound contradictory, but we start with your required end product. Which product will leave your factory, will soon be on the shelves and will become a commercial success? Your success is our success too, making it our number 1 goal.
2 Vac form design
After approval of the 3D cavity design, we start developing and producing the vac form design.
3 Engineering: mould construction
The next development step our engineers make, in consultation with you, is construction of the mould. Everything we create is unique and receives our undivided attention.
4 Toolmaking
In this phase, we make the tooling/die that forms the basis for injection moulding of the moulds. This meticulous and precision-engineering work takes place before we can even start producing the moulds and largely determines the end product.
5 Manufacture of sample moulds
Manufacture of the sample moulds starts once the tooling has been finished to our highest standards. We use three methods for this: injection moulding, thermoforming and silicone rubber vulcanisation.
6 Manufacture of production moulds
We will start making the production moulds once the sample moulds have been approved.
