Process line

As our client you are closely involved in the process. Each individual step contains a decision point and we will only continue after your approval. Frequent consultation plays a key role in this.

Our process comprises of six steps. Vormenfabriek contributes ideas towards your decisions: It goes without saying that new projects start at step 1. For subsequent deliveries however, they can be started at step 6, but only after we have assessed the quality of the dies.

Before taking our first steps in the process, you inform us about your expectations and requirements. Together, we establish what the objectives of production are and which technical conditions we must meet. Next, we prepare a schedule. Our working method assures you of delivery of the right moulds at the right time and place, so that your (chocolate) production can be completed within the agreed timelines.

We start with your required end product. Which product will leave your factory, will soon be on the shelves and will become a commercial success? Your success is our success too, making it our number 1 goal.

Applied creativity

We help you make your design choices. The creation of the consumer product takes place at our Design Centre. by a team of experienced, talented and dedicated designers. Based on the briefing, they make the first design sketches that match your order and design philosophy.

Intensive consultation

We are happy to go the extra mile to find the best solution for you. Our design team produces the 3D models. You assess these models and, where necessary, we will fine-tune them to your exact requirements. You participate in this process so that we can make optimal use of each others’ knowledge and experience. You monitor every step we take in the development process and decide whether to continue as we are or not. All this is made possible through online product design, for which we use state-of-the-art hardware and software.
